Using the blank value ladder on the next page as a guide I want you to create a value ladder for your marketing and sales that will work for your business. Give this careful thought as I want you to use it in your business. As with anything you need to test it and adjust accordingly.
You might not get it right first time, and that is fine. This is a work in progress and you will need to test and adjust this constantly as things around you change. The true value of this exercise is getting you used to the idea of constantly planning and using these techniques to create imaginative and effective value ladders to produce more business for your machine.
