Business Development Surgery

The Business Development Surgery is our most frequent event, and we keep the numbers small by design. So to give you the best chance to take advantage of these highly valuable events, we run them every week. This is only open to our paid members, although we will, from time to time, allow guests.

Our Business Development Surgeries are designed for our more serious members keen to Learn-Share-Develop and refine or share their knowledge with other like-minded business owners.

These are relaxed, entertaining, and always educational; think of them like a less formal mastermind group. This is where you get to hear and share ideas and alternate views. This is also where Chris can add more detail to the core subjects and development programs designed to create successful businesses.

Our Business Development Surgeries occur every week on a Thursday at 1300 and last for an hour. In the words of Chris Batten – ‘If I was only able to spend one hour a week learning, this is the place I would come to learn without a doubt.’

Our regular members’ business development surgery is always held on Zoom. We choose to do them online for three very good reasons:

1. This keeps the minimum meeting time you need to invest by cutting out the travel.
2. It is much better for the planet and in keeping with our environmental outlook.
3. We deliberately keep costs to a minimum by using technology over traditional travel.
4. We can extend our reach and provide value regardless of geography.

The format of these meetings is open discussions dealing with a range of business development subjects to help you innovate and open up your horizons to creative new ideas, alternate views or just confirming views and plans for the future.
